Gregg H. Wilson, Esq. is a shareholder in Kolvoord, Overton & Wilson, P.C. and has been associated with the firm continuously since 1970. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Vermont.

Mr. Wilson has developed a general civil practice with an emphasis in the areas of municipal law, commercial transactions, and estate planning/administration.

He is the attorney for the towns of Jericho and the Champlain Water District.

He also represents developers in local and state permit review, including appeals to the Vermont Environmental Court.

He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial transactions, including the formation and organization of business entities, mergers and acquisitions. For many years he was general counsel for the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Burlington, as well as the Elan-Monark ski company, and its U.S. subsidiaries.
