Nancy M. Geise, Esq. is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Vermont and in U.S. District Court, District of Vermont. Nancy focuses her practice in the area of bankruptcy law and represents individuals in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings, as well as representing creditors in Bankruptcy Court. In addition to bankruptcy, she has represented both borrowers and creditors in mortgage foreclosure actions, mortgage modifications and mediation, and personal injury actions.
Nancy worked for many years as a paralegal, primarily in the areas of personal injury and bankruptcy law, before entering the Vermont Supreme Court Four-Year Law Office Study Program in preparation for the bar exam.
